The Toll team of Project and Construction Management technology professionals worked with NYPA’s procurement, business solutions, energy efficiency and technology teams.

Together they captured current end to end processes, developed an approach to address the new standard, and implemented a technology satisfy and improve the lifecycle management of construction projects for NYPA. Their existing Oracle Primavera Contract Manager is currently being maintained by Toll, which gives NYPA plenty of time to evaluate replacement options while Toll ensures a smooth transition.
Project Challenges/Successes
• Development & Reporting: Provision of report development and report writing services to the NYPA, utilizing existing and/ or upgraded NYPA BI Publisher reporting tool in the newer version of Primavera Contract Manager and P6, to migrate various forms and reports in PCM, adapted from the standard “out-of-box” reports and project templates to the NYPA’s BI Publisher version 11.1 platform; including upgrading to an upcoming solutions.
•Training & Documentation: Toll shall provide training programs developed from our knowledge of optimal Business Processes and Industry Best Practices, with the dissemination of our training materials. We aim to provide adequate training for all involved User-Roles.
