PRIMAVERA P6 for PSEG

Toll assisted PSEG with deploying a prototype project forecasting management tool. The selected software was Oracle’s Primavera P6.

Toll provided Subject Matter Expertise in deploying the project forecasting process for managing estimates to complete in a schedule, as well as installation, implementation, and training on Primavera P6.

Toll installed and configured the toolset and provided customized training to the tool's end users. Toll assisted PSEG with migrating previous schedules into the new environment.
